The Girls Swim and Dive team began the season on Saturday on the road at Culver Academy. The Eagles performed well in the season opener but lost to Culver Academy with a final score of 100-85. Willa Kricheff was a three time winner in the meet, finishing in first place in the 200 Freestyle (2:03.57), 500 Freestyle (5:34.70) and the 200 Medley Relay (1:58.11). Kricheff was joined by Millie Swanson, Liz Anderson, and Shannon Dowd in the relay. Addy Szakaly was a two time winner and set a pool record as well. The record was broken in the 100 Backstroke in 58.60. Szakaly also won the 100 Butterfly in 58.40. Jenna Freymuth won Diving with a score of 215.05 and Dowd won the 100 Freestyle in 1:03.10.
