Girls Basketball Defeats Mishawaka Marian to Begin NIC Play

The Girls Basketball team had a great showing on Friday night as they opened Northern Indiana Conference play on the road at Mishawaka Marian. The Lady Eagles defeated the Knights with a final score of 63-41 Adams got out to a quick start in the game, maintaining that lead all night. Amya Henry had an outstanding night, scoring almost half of the points for the Eagles. Henry had a career high 31 points scored in the game. Destiny Perry was also in double digits, adding another 13 points. Verriyah Williams added 9 points, Brayah Williams-Winston scored 3 points, and Kylah Kendall had 2 points. Adams is now 2-2 for the season and 1-0 in the NIC.
