The Boys Basketball team got the season started in front of an energetic crowd on Tuesday inside Hadaway’s Shack as the Eagles hosted the Niles Vikings. Adams had a great start to the season, finishing with a 81-62 victory. Adams got out to a hot start, building up a nice lead into the half. The Vikings came back though to open the third quarter, and did cut into the lead the Eagles had. Adams prevailed and finished off the last few minutes of the game by going on a run to rebuild the lead. Jarvis Tolbert and Drew Dixon were the leading scorers to the Eagles. Tolbert finished with an impressive 29 points while Dixon added another 16 points. Michael Georgia also scored in double digits with 14 points. Adams begins the season 1-0.
