The Girls Swim and Dive team was back in the pool on Tuesday night as the Lady Eagles traveled to take on New Prairie in Northern Indiana Conference action. Adams had a great night in the pool and defeated the Cougars with a final score of 102-77 Shannon Dowd and Willa Kricheff had several strong performances in the pool, both winning two individual events and swimming on two winning relays. Dowd and Kricheff were both on the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay. Dowd, Kricheff, Liz Anderson, and Addy Szakly took first in the Medley Relay and Dowd, Avery Hoeppner, Anderson and Kricheff took first in the Freestyle Relay. Dowd won the 200 Individual Medley and the 100 Freestyle and Kricheff the 200 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke. Szakly set a new pool record in the 100 Backstroke, winning in 58.37 and also won the 50 Freestyle. Anderson took first in the 100 Butterfly and Jenna Freymuth won in Diving.
