John Adams Athletics is proud to recognize its outstanding Student Athletes for the month of November. During these first few weeks of school these individuals have excelled in the classroom as well as the courts, mats, and pools they compete on. Congrats to our November Student Athletes of the Month! GIRLS WRESTLING XIMENA HERRERA SANTIAGO Ximena is the lone senior on the Girls Wrestling team this season and has helped the team grow over these last few years. Ximena is off to a great start this season and looks to make a run through the State series like she did last year. BOYS WRESTLING DELTON SWISCZ Delton has already had a great career for the Boys Wrestling team and he is continuing that success to begin his senior season. Delton kicked off the season by going 7-0 in November and helped to lead the team to being crowned the Culver Super Dual Champions. BOYS SWIM & DIVE MATTEO GARCIA JIMENEZ Matteo got the Eagles out to a great start this season in the pool. In the debut meet of the season, Matteo won two individual events and swam on two winning relays to lead the team to victory and was nominated as the South Bend Tribunes Athlete of the Week CHEER IZZY DAVIS A strong member of the John Adams Cheer, Izzy finds time to balance her classes at Ivy Tech, our cheer team, and her competitive cheer team. She maintains good grades and a positive attitude and is a key member of the Eagles Cheer team.
