The Softball team had a great evening for a game on Monday night as the Lady Eagles traveled to New Prairie to play in a non conference game against the Cougars. The game ended in a tie due to darkness at 6-6. New Prairie got out to a 5-0 lead before Adams began to claw their way back. A big 5th inning with 4 runs batted in by Julia McNellis, Mackenzie Miller, and Abby Kadar gave Adams new life. Addilyn Tomaczewski singled in the 6th to tie the game up at 5-5 and Brayah Williams Winson tied the game again at 6-6 in the 7th. McNellis went 3-3 at the plate and scored 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Adams is now 1-0-1 overall for the season.
