The Girls Track and Field team competed in the IHSAA Sectional Meet on Tuesday night. The Lady Eagles had a great night to run and had great performances on the track as well. Adams finished in 2nd place overall with a team score of 122.5 The Lady Eagles advanced an impressive 11 individuals and relays to next week’s Regional Championships. Jaidyn Kimbrough had a stellar night on the track, being crowed the Section Champion in three events. Kimbrough individually finished in 1st place in the 100 Dash and the 200 Dash and anchored the winning 4x100 Relay. Kimbrough was joined by Ester Jacobs, DiMayah Marsh, and Getsemani Cruz. Finishing as the runner up and advancing to the Regional was Agnes Hasler in the 800 Run. Hasler also ran a leg on the second place 4x400 Relay, joined by Marsh, Cruz, and Kyra Franklin.
