The Girls Golf team got off to a great start to the season on Wednesday afternoon. The Lady Eagles competed in the New Prairie Invitational at Legacy Hills Golf Club in LaPorte. Overall, Adams finished in 9th place with a team score of 434. Willa Kricheff led the team on the course, finishing in 35th overall with a score of 103. Kricheff made 3 pars throughout the afternoon. Keirra Kinney had another top 40 finish. Kinney finished with a score of 105 which was good for 37th place. Kinney made 2 pars as well. Sophia Maddox had a birdie on hole #3 and finished with a score of 111. Tyra Moody made a birdie shot as well on hole #9 and finished with a score of 115. Lucy Sandock closed things out for the Eagles, shooting 141. Adams will be back on the court on Monday at Marquette Catholic in Michigan City.
