The Girls Cross Country competed in their first meet of the season on Saturday morning. It was a great morning for a race as the Lady Eagles competed in the NIC Stomp at Elkhart HS. The Lady Eagles raced well and ran to a 2nd place finish overall with a final score of 79. Adams placed 5 runners in the top 30 to finish as the meet runner ups. They were led by Agnes Hasler who finished in 2nd place overall in the race. Hasler ran a great race to cross the finish line in 22:58.6. Scarlet Connoly also finished in the top 10, taking 9th place in 24:20.4.
