The Girls Cross Country team competed in the South Bend City Meet on Thursday night on a great evening for a race at Erskine Park Golf Course. With several great performances on the hilly and challenging course, the Lady Eagles finished in 2nd place with a team score of 48. The Lady Eagles had great finishes, with six runners finishing in the top 20. Agnes Hasler was the 4th palace finisher, crossing the line in 20:53.8. Scarlet Connolly finished in 8th place in 21:58.8 and Gretchen Rae took 9th place in 22:36.7 Clara Turner finished in 12th place, Leliana Deslem was 16th and Zahra Stackowicz was 18th. In the Junior Varsity race. Adams had 5 finishers in the top 10. Grace Geels finished in 5th, Liz Anderson in 6th place, Josie Rudenga in 8th place, Lucy McVeigh in 9th place, and Kristen Hoffman in 10th place.
