The Girls Cross Country ran in the Cougar Kickoff Classic on Tuesday evening at New Prairie HS. The Lady Eagles ran well in the race and finished in 3rd place overall with a final score of 103. Three runners finished in the Top 20 in the race and a great pack of another four runners propelled the Lady Eagles to the great team finish. Agnes Hasler finished in 5th place overall, crossing the finish line in 20:48.5 Scarlet Connolly finished in 13th in 21:59.0 and Gretchen Rae was 19th in 22:29.7. Clara Turner, Lalian DeSelm, Zahra Stackowicz, and Liz Anderson all finished in the 23:00s as well.
