Boys Tennis Wins on Road at New Prairie

The Boys Tennis team was on the road on Tuesday night to play Northern Indiana Conference opponent New Prairie. The Eagles were victorious, defeating the Cougars 3-2. Owen McNally won in Singles play, defeating his opponent 7-6, 6-4 Both Doubles pairs were winners as well. Albert Wagoner and Michael Curtis won as the #1 team. Curtis and Wagoner lost the first set 4-6 before coming back to win the next two sets 6-0, 6-3. Brayden White and Elliot Jackson won as well. After lodging their first set 4-6, they recovered to win the next two 6-4, 6-1. Despite losing, Tristan Schelstraete and Eli Lindstromberg gave their all in their respective singles matches. The Junior Varsity won as well, winning 7-4.
