It was a big Northern Indiana Conference meeting on Tuesday night on the pitch at Everwise School Field between Adams and Penn. The Boys Soccer team brought plenty of energy to the field as they hosted the Kingsmen in the pivotal conference matchup. Through a hard fought game played with plenty of intensity, the Eagles defeated Penn with a final score of 1-0. Both teams had several chances to score, but it was finally in the second half when Adams was able to strike. Off a header from Eddie Scheffler, the ball snuck into the net to give Adams the lead. The defense played tough as well, with each Penn attack down the field, the Eagles came together to keep the Kingsmen at bay. Adams moves to 10-2-1 overall for the season and 5-1 in the NIC.
