The Girls Cross Country team began action in the post season on Saturday as the Lady Eagles ran in the IHSAA Sectional Meet at New Prairie HS. It was a great morning for a race and Adams had an outstanding performance, finishing in 4th place overall with a score of 129. Adams will advance as a team to next week’s Regional Meet. Agnes Hasler was the top finisher for Adams in the race, finishing in the Top 10. Hasler crossed the finish line in 7th place in 20:00.2. Two great packs of Gretchen Rae and Scarlet Connolly and then Leliana DeSelm, Zahra Stackowicz, Liz Anderson, and Clara Turner helped propel the team to the great team finish. Adams will run again next week in the New Prairie Regional Meet.
